We aim to dispatch all stationery and fabric goods within 7 days, via courier. Please note rural deliveries may take up to 5 business days depending upon the service in your area.
Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.
Artworks will be shipped as soon as permissible.
Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking details for your delivery.
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by www.helenbankers.com. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product. Size Exchange for Sheepskin Scuffs
Return the goods to us within 14 days of the original purchase date
Ensure items are in the original saleable condition, show no signs of wear and returned in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged after purchase, so we recommend trying your scuffs on indoors to ensure you’ve chosen the best size.
Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, but we will not ask you to pay any further shipping costs if you choose to exchange your order for a different size. We recommend that you use a trackable method of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

If we cannot fill your order or provide you with a requested exchange we will issue you with a full refund.
All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment and will be processed by us within 7 business days of receipt of your returned order. Please note that depending on your credit card provider it may take an additional 2-10 days to post to your account. We have no control over banks processing times or policies.
Please note shipping costs will be refunded for items deemed faulty.
No refunds or exchanges are available if you change your mind about a purchased product.
www.helenbankers.com makes every effort to provide detailed descriptions and quality photography of all products. As a result we do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. So when you are selecting and finalising the purchase of your products please take time to do so thoroughly.

We will endeavour to deliver the corresponding goods but do not warrant that the goods we deliver to you will be identical to those displayed in the photograph or on your monitor.
